BC Freight Solutions LLC provides transportation coordination, logistics support, freight arrangement, and related services within the United States. Services may include, but are not limited to, the coordination of vehicle transport, boats, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, machinery, heavy equipment, parts, and other approved freight.
BC Freight Solutions LLC may act as a logistics coordinator, freight broker, transportation arranger, or service provider depending on the specific transaction, agreement, customer request, carrier availability, and applicable documentation.
Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, BC Freight Solutions LLC does not guarantee that it will personally operate the truck, trailer, or equipment used to transport the cargo. Transportation may be performed by authorized third-party motor carriers, owner-operators, or service providers.
Any quote provided by BC Freight Solutions LLC is based on the information supplied by the customer, broker, shipper, carrier, or third party at the time of the request. Pricing may be affected by pickup location, delivery location, equipment type, cargo dimensions, cargo weight, operability, accessibility, fuel prices, permits, escort requirements, market conditions, weather, road restrictions, and carrier availability.
A quote is not final unless confirmed in writing. BC Freight Solutions LLC reserves the right to revise, reject, or cancel a quote if the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or materially different from the actual cargo or transport conditions.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:
Pickup and delivery addresses, contact names, phone numbers, cargo description, year, make, model, dimensions, weight, condition, operability, loading requirements, unloading requirements, access limitations, payment instructions, and any special handling instructions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cargo is available, accessible, properly prepared, and legally allowed to be transported. Any delay, failed pickup, failed delivery, incorrect address, inaccessible location, or incorrect cargo information may result in additional fees.
When transportation is performed by a third-party carrier, that carrier is responsible for the physical handling, loading, securement, transportation, unloading, and delivery of the cargo according to applicable laws, regulations, insurance requirements, and written agreements.
BC Freight Solutions LLC may request documentation from carriers, including authority, insurance, W-9, certificate of insurance, driver information, equipment details, and other documents required for operational review.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, driver hours of service, road closures, permits, police restrictions, acts of God, customer delays, loading delays, unloading delays, or other conditions outside the control of BC Freight Solutions LLC.
BC Freight Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, unavailable cargo, unreachable contacts, location restrictions, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers, shippers, receivers, and carriers should inspect the cargo before pickup and at delivery. Any visible damage, missing parts, condition issues, or discrepancies should be documented immediately in writing, with photos when possible.
BC Freight Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, loose parts, personal items left inside cargo, undisclosed conditions, or damage caused by improper preparation of the cargo.
Unless approved in writing, personal items should not be left inside vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, equipment, or transported units. BC Freight Solutions LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or removal of personal items left inside any transported unit.
Customers may not request transportation of illegal, hazardous, restricted, stolen, undeclared, or unsafe cargo. BC Freight Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse any shipment that may violate applicable law, safety requirements, carrier policy, or company policy.
Payment terms vary depending on the transaction and must be confirmed in writing. Payment may be required before pickup, at pickup, before delivery, upon delivery, or according to the terms stated in a rate confirmation, invoice, contract, or written agreement.
Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in collection activity, late fees, storage fees, delivery delays, lien rights where permitted by law, or other remedies available under the applicable agreement or law.
Cancellations may be subject to fees if a carrier has already been assigned, dispatched, or has incurred costs. Additional fees may apply for failed pickup, failed delivery, wrong address, waiting time, detention, storage, permits, escorts, special equipment, loading assistance, unloading assistance, non-operable units, or cargo that differs from the information originally provided.
Insurance coverage may vary depending on the carrier, cargo type, route, equipment, declared value, and applicable policy terms. Customers are encouraged to request and review insurance information before transportation.
Any claim for loss or damage must be reported immediately and supported with documentation, including photos, inspection records, pickup condition, delivery condition, bill of lading, and any other relevant evidence.
BC Freight Solutions LLC does not guarantee claim approval by any insurance provider, carrier, or third party.
